据Odaily星球日报报道，IC设计厂称，今年上半年因封测厂与台积电之外的晶圆代工厂成熟制程报价上扬，IC生产成本提高，已与客户端协商产品涨价；若台积电成熟制程明年确定调涨，将再与客户端协商调高报价，客户也会设法转嫁上升成本。
