印度最大私营银行HDFC银行截至3月31日员工总数为211,178人，较上年同期214,521人减少3,343人，并称正将例行处理迁移至数字化与自动化系统。据 BeInCrypto 报道，运营岗位受影响最大，非管理层“工人/文员”及辅助人员减少逾8,000人至162,797人，新招聘人数同期减少3,811人；中层、初级及高管人数分别增加1,252人、3,543人和15人。该行表示通过Cash Recycler Machines等渠道及自研AI平台Neev推进流程自动化，CEO Sashidhar Jagdishan称正将人才从后台职能有意识地调配至面向客户岗位；FY26税后利润同比增10.9%至₹74,671.3 crore。
