多位知情人士称，美国国会拟于本周公布《数字资产市场清晰法案》（Digital Asset Market Clarity Act）更新版本。 据CoinDesk报道，新文本将整合参议院银行委员会与农业委员会此前各自通过的版本，并新增约70页内容，但截至发稿仍未纳入伦理条款，且部分争议问题尚未达成一致，因而尚不具备表决条件。
