据明报报道，沿海绿色家园（1124）公布，获控股股东Coastal International Holdings Limited（CIH）告知，其作为借款人的两款贷款已到期但尚未偿还。
公司称，第一笔为2024年签订的六个月期、年利率30%的700万元定期贷款（2024年融资协议）；第二笔为2025年补充融资协议项下六个月期、年利率30%的定期贷款融资，最高2500万元（2025年补充融资协议）。
