据新浪财经报道，沃达丰集团宣布，法国亿万富翁、电信大亨西维尔·尼尔（Xavier Niel）已达成最终协议，将通过其投资工具Vega收购阿联酋电信集团持有的沃达丰全部股份。交易完成后，尼尔将持有沃达丰16.2%股份，成为该集团第一大股东；沃达丰在伦敦证券交易所股价盘中一度上涨14%。
