据新浪财经报道，韩国芯片制造商SK海力士10日通过在美国发行存托凭证（ADR）筹资约265亿美元，公开募股程序结束后募股资金将于14日支付给公司。据36氪报道，SK海力士计划将资金用于投建龙仁半导体集群一期晶圆厂、清州P&T7先进封装工厂，并购置包括极紫外（EUV）光刻机在内的生产设备。
