Custodia Bank已向美国最高法院提交复审申请，要求确认地区联邦储备银行行长是否有权拒绝向机构提供主账户服务。
据Odaily星球日报报道，Custodia Bank曾多次申请美联储主账户，2023年遭美联储拒绝，理由是其新型商业模式及拟重点关注加密资产存在重大安全性和稳健性风险。
Custodia Bank随后向美国第十巡回上诉法院上诉，该法院于2024年支持堪萨斯城联邦储备银行。美国最高法院将于10月决定是否受理此案。
