CITIC Securities, CSC Financial File IPO Tutoring Progress Report for YMTC, CSRC Website Shows

CITIC Securities and CSC Financial said they have filed the first progress report on their IPO tutoring work for Yangtze Memory Technologies Co. (YMTC), according to a disclosure posted on the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) website. The report said the two brokerages assigned a combined 31 staff to the tutoring team, covering the period from May 19, 2026 to June 30, 2026, and carried out work including on-site due diligence, centralized training sessions and discussions on specific issues. The tutoring group said it will continue to advance the program in line with relevant national laws and regulations and CSRC requirements, 36Kr reported.
