Michael Saylor引用Adam Back帖文并称，BIP 110会将垃圾信息之争升级为可能使部分当前有效交易失效的共识变更，相关先例才是风险所在。
文中介绍，BIP 110拟通过修改默认中继策略，过滤或限制链上特定类型的数据嵌入交易（如OP_RETURN输出）；其支持者认为此举有助于遏制链上垃圾信息泛滥。
