Tom Lee, chairman of Ethereum treasury company Bitmine, said on X that traditional finance and crypto finance will no longer remain separate fields and will gradually merge into “the same market.”
According to Odaily, analysis cited in the report said the development of blockchain infrastructure, tokenized assets, and digital financial tools is continuing to weaken the boundary between traditional and crypto assets.
The analysis added that asset tokenization, on-chain settlement, and the continued entry of institutional investors into the crypto sector may push the financial system toward a more open and more digital direction.
