Blockchain analytics firm Elliptic said it has received an investment from Circle Ventures, without disclosing the amount. According to ChainCatcher, the investment follows Elliptic’s $120 million Series D financing in May led by One Peak, with participation from Nasdaq Ventures, Deutsche Bank, and British Business Bank.
Elliptic also said Circle has joined its Agentic Design Partner Program, which it described as a collaboration to develop compliance solutions for AI agents.
Elliptic said bots already drive significant on-chain activity while following human-written rules, but argued that AI agents are increasingly able to set goals and act autonomously at a scale and speed that existing compliance systems were not designed to handle.
