CME’s FedWatch tool puts the probability that the U.S. Federal Reserve keeps interest rates unchanged at its July meeting at 66.3%, with a 33.7% chance of a cumulative 25-basis-point hike, according to Jiemian News. For the September meeting, FedWatch shows a 31% probability of no change, a 51.1% probability of a cumulative 25-basis-point hike, and an 18% probability of a cumulative 50-basis-point increase.
