Thirteen individuals were indicted in New York in connection with an alleged bank fraud conspiracy involving more than $1 million in checks stolen from the mail. According to NS3.AI, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of New York said the scheme involved bribing a U.S. Postal Service employee.
