Publicly listed Empery Digital has sold 1,400 Bitcoin and retained 1,514 Bitcoin following the reduction in its holdings. According to NS3.AI, the company said the proceeds will be used to support an AI data center project with a total cost of $65 million.
Empery Digital also plans to use part of the proceeds to repay $10 million in corporate debt.
