The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has three crypto-related rule proposals scheduled for July, addressing token offerings, broker-dealer custody, and trading venues.

According to NS3.AI, SEC Chair Paul Atkins said earlier this week that the agency’s 2026 regulatory agenda is intended to bring more crypto products onshore.

The proposals would still require approval by the commission, followed by a public comment period and potential revisions before any rules could be finalized.
