Big Tech Adds About $350 Billion in Debt Over Five Years as Amazon Bond Sale Faces Hesitation

Alphabet, Amazon, Meta, Microsoft, and Oracle have added about $350 billion in debt over the past five years, according to Bloomberg data.

According to NS3.AI, sources familiar with the matter said Amazon’s $25 billion bond issuance this week saw unusually hesitant demand.

Separately, S&P downgraded Oracle’s credit rating to the lowest tier of investment grade on Thursday.
