China Vanke (2202) (000002) issued a profit warning, forecasting a net loss of RMB12 billion to RMB15 billion for the first half of 2026 amid liquidity difficulties, according to Ming Pao.
The developer reported a net loss of RMB11.947 billion in the first half of 2025. Excluding non-recurring items, it expects a loss of RMB11 billion to RMB14 billion for H1 2026, versus an adjusted loss of RMB11.591 billion in H1 2025. Basic loss per share is projected at RMB1.0058 to RMB1.2573.
