中国人寿计划与国寿产业成立合伙企业，合共出资50亿元人民币，重点投资半导体行业公司。据香港电台报道，合伙协议计划今年底前订立，中国人寿出资49.99亿元，国寿产业出资100万元，国寿资本将作为合伙企业管理人。
公告称，合伙企业资金预计将投资于设计公司及其他系统公司、提供工艺配套服务的公司，并将持有相关公司不超过3%股权；产品主要应用于数字经济、移动通信、高端消费电子等领域。
