煜鼎增材申报科创板IPO拟募资18.02亿元

据界面新闻报道，由工程院院士王华明领衔的煜鼎增材近日向上交所申报科创板IPO，计划募资18.02亿元，拟投向航空航天增材制造产能扩建、研发中心升级等项目。招股书显示，2023-2025年公司营收分别为3.98亿元、3.96亿元、3.92亿元，综合毛利率为35.24%、31.79%、28.48%；前五大客户收入占比为82.45%、90.16%、82.66%，应收账款周转率为1.32次/年、0.97次/年、0.72次/年。2023-2025年计入当期损益的政府补助分别为631.21万元、3305.56万元、6412.67万元，三年累计约1.03亿元。
