Guisheng Shares said its stock experienced abnormal trading volatility after posting two consecutive limit-up sessions.
According to Jin10, the company said its shares recorded a cumulative deviation of 20% in closing-price gains over three consecutive trading days from July 8, 2026, to July 10, 2026, meeting the criteria for abnormal volatility.
The company said that after a self-review and verification with its controlling shareholder, its production and operations were normal as of the announcement disclosure date. It added that there were no material matters affecting the abnormal share-price movement and no material information that should have been disclosed but was not.
