据新浪财经报道，知情人士称，德国可控核聚变初创公司Proxima Fusion本周已募集4.11亿欧元（约合4.7亿美元），资金将用于建设首个示范性设施，投资方包括谷歌公司和XTX Markets。报道称，德国计划将境内两座因2011年福岛核事故而关闭的退役核电站改建为可控核聚变能源项目；另一家公司Focused Energy今年5月融资2.4亿美元。
