据明报报道，丽新发展（0488）公布，已完成2026年到期5厘担保美元债券的交换要约及同意征求。
公司称，由于中环建设银行大厦50%权益出售已达成，按现有票据本金每1,000美元计，已有效提交并获接纳交换的合资格票据持有人，将于结算日期收取交换代价：现金300美元及本金700美元的新票据。
