Beijing Satellite Manufacturing Factory Co., Ltd. has increased its registered capital to about 1.55 billion yuan from about 1.03 billion yuan, according to Jiemian News, citing corporate registry data from Tianyancha. The company, founded in January 1959, is legally represented by Ma Qiang and is wholly owned by the China Academy of Space Technology; its business scope includes manufacturing satellites as well as instruments, valves, analytical and laboratory equipment, and broadcasting and television equipment.
