IEA预测明年供应将增加750万桶/日，但这取决于霍尔木兹海峡通行的改善。该机构表示，“然而，7月7日至8日敌对行动的升级使前景蒙上阴影，可能颠覆明年市场将转为供应过剩的预测。”
