标普将甲骨文长期评级下调至BBB-

据界面新闻报道，当地时间7月9日，标普全球评级将甲骨文公司长期发行人信用评级下调一档至“BBB-”（投资级最低），评级展望维持“稳定”，短期评级为“A-3”。标普称，甲骨文快速扩张人工智能基础设施业务增加整体信用风险，并预计其2027财年运营活动将消耗约420亿美元现金，高于此前预计的240亿美元。
