Brazil Extends 12% Crude Oil Export Tax for 60 Days

Brazil’s Foreign Trade Chamber’s Executive Management Committee has decided to extend a 12% export tax on crude oil exports for another 60 days, with the measure taking effect on July 10, according to Jiemian News. The decision was published in a meeting resolution released on July 9 by Brazil’s Ministry of Development, Industry, Trade and Services.
