据CNBC报道，博通（Broadcom）周三盘后公布截至5月3日的2026财年第二财季业绩：营收221.9亿美元，同比增48%，略低于LSEG汇总的市场预期222.7亿美元；调整后每股收益2.44美元，同比增54%，高于预期2.40美元；调整后EBITDA为152.4亿美元，高于FactSet预期150.6亿美元。公司预计第三财季营收约294亿美元，高于预期285.4亿美元；其中半导体业务营收预计205亿美元，AI相关营收预计同比增逾200%至160亿美元，基础设施软件营收预计89亿美元。首席执行官霍克·陈表示，将与阿波罗全球管理和黑石集团设立AI特殊目的载体（SPV），由两家另类资产管理机构提供债务融资以支持芯片销售；并重申2026财年AI半导体营收目标560亿美元、2027财年目标至少1000亿美元。
