Broadcom posts fiscal Q2 results; revenue $22.19B, adjusted EPS $2.44; guides Q3 revenue about $29.4B

According to CNBC, Broadcom reported fiscal second-quarter 2026 revenue of $22.19 billion, up 48% year over year and slightly below the $22.27 billion consensus estimate compiled by LSEG, while adjusted EPS rose 54% to $2.44 versus expectations of $2.40. Adjusted EBITDA increased 52% to $15.24 billion, topping the FactSet consensus of $15.06 billion. In Semiconductor Solutions, revenue was $15 billion versus a $14.7 billion FactSet estimate, and AI semiconductor revenue rose 143% year over year to $10.8 billion; Infrastructure Software revenue was $7.18 billion, below the $7.32 billion estimate. For the fiscal third quarter, the company forecast total revenue of about $29.4 billion versus $28.54 billion expected by LSEG, with semiconductor revenue expected to be $20.5 billion and AI revenue projected to grow more than 200% year over year to $16 billion; it also projected Infrastructure Software revenue of $8.9 billion and adjusted EBITDA of about 68% of revenue, or $19.992 billion. CEO Hock Tan reiterated expectations of $56 billion of AI semiconductor revenue in fiscal 2026 and at least $100 billion in fiscal 2027, and said Broadcom is creating an AI special purpose vehicle with Apollo and Blackstone to provide debt financing to facilitate chip sales.
