StarkWare Launches Bitcoin Expansion Plan Phase 1 Catnet

StarkWare announced the launch of the first phase of its Bitcoin Expansion Program: Catnet, a OP_CAT-enabled custom Bitcoin Signet to test the implementation of its Bitcoin Circle STARK validator. Catnet is now live, allowing users to create wallets, claim some test bitcoins, and develop Bitcoin scripts. The next step is to launch a $1 million OP_CAT security fund to accelerate all research.
