闫俊杰表示，从即日起至公司实现 AGI 的那一天，他将不再从公司领取任何薪酬。未来四年，他将拿出个人名下相当于公司总股本 4% 的股份用于团队激励，并拿出 1% 的股份设立专项基金，支持相关开源社区发展。
