Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson denied rumors that he is retiring from Cardano, calling the claims “a complete fabrication” in a video posted this week. According to BeInCrypto, Hoskinson blamed out-of-context clips and reaction videos that falsely suggested he called Cardano a failing project, and said the rumor spread as far as a London taxi driver and contacts at a partner firm.
The denial comes as ADA trades around $0.16, about 94% below its 2021 high of $3.09, amid governance turmoil after EMURGO exited Cardano’s Pentad body following a wallet exploit.
