据 ChainCatcher 报道，据 NEAR Chain Status 官方公告，NEAR 主网 2.13.0 版本已发布，引入后量子交易签名方案和动态分片功能。
投票将于东八区时间 7 月 20 日上午 8:00 开始。前 NEAR 核心开发者 Vadim 表示，升级包括：新增后量子签名 ML-DSA-65，作为继 ed25519 和 secp256k1 之后的第三种密钥类型，链上仅记录 32 字节哈希；动态分片可在 epoch 边界拆分重分片；Gas Keys 支持单个账户运行多代理发送交易，避免 nonce 冲突。
