NEAR has released its 2.13.0 mainnet upgrade, adding post-quantum signature support and dynamic resharding.
According to Foresight News, the upgrade also introduces Gas Keys, which allow users to pre-store a gas balance and provide 1,024 parallel nonce channels so a single account can run multiple agents without transaction conflicts.
Additional changes include deterministic yield IDs that can be allocated by contracts, and node state synchronization that is now completed through a peer-to-peer method.
