据Odaily星球日报报道，自 2027 年 1 月 1 日起，该州将对 Kalshi 和 Polymarket 等预测市场平台征收 6%的净交易费收入税，但不要求其获得州牌照，实质上承认 CFTC 的联邦监管权限。
该州成为首个在承认 CFTC 注册预测市场合法性的同时拒绝施加州级许可要求的州；相比之下，肯塔基州选择征收 14.25%消费税，并面临诉讼。
