据新浪财经报道，两名熟悉该交易的人士称，承销SK海力士纳斯达克股票发行的投行团队总佣金池规模或将突破1.4亿美元，高盛、花旗等参与承销。佣金由两部分构成：募资总额0.5%的基础承销费，以及SK海力士另行支付的浮动激励奖金。
