超10家港股科创企业启动回A申报

据证券时报报道，2026年以来，在A股注册制包容性改革推动下，港股人工智能、创新药领域科创企业掀起回A热潮，目前已有超10家港股公司启动A股IPO申报或上市辅导；越疆科技、智谱、MiniMax、映恩生物等多数企业尚未实现盈利。科创板“1+6”改革、创业板第四套上市标准落地，为未盈利港股企业回A提供合规通道。
