QIZ Security, a platform focused on cryptographic posture and post-quantum cryptography (PQC) management, has raised $17 million in a seed funding round led by Bessemer Venture Partners and Merlin Ventures. According to Foresight News, the round also included participation from Evolution Equity Partners, Qbeat Ventures, Singtel Innov8, and Qino Cyber Capital.
The company said the funding will be used to accelerate product development and expand its market presence.
QIZ Security was co-founded by Ben Volkow, Lenny Ridel, and Itan Barmes. The team has experience in cybersecurity, enterprise services, and post-quantum transition work, and Barmes previously led Deloitte’s global quantum cybersecurity readiness team.
QIZ Security said its platform helps enterprises identify and assess cryptographic asset risks and advance remediation measures. It added that the platform has been adopted across sectors including finance, telecommunications, healthcare, and critical infrastructure.
The company also said it has established partnerships with Cisco, AWS, Google, CrowdStrike, Deloitte, EY, and IBM.
