Circle Ventures has invested in blockchain analytics and compliance firm Elliptic, though the amount was not disclosed. According to Foresight News, the investment follows Elliptic’s Series D financing completed in May this year.
Elliptic said the May round raised $120 million and was led by One Peak, with participation from Nasdaq Ventures, Deutsche Bank, and British Business Bank, among others.
Elliptic also announced that Circle has joined its Agentic Design Partner Program, which brings together infrastructure providers, compliance leaders, and technical teams to develop compliance solutions for AI agent use cases.
Elliptic said Circle has been an Elliptic customer for several years and has expanded the use of Elliptic’s compliance capabilities across a range of digital asset projects.
