Pakistan is still mediating and a window for U.S.-Iran negotiations may reopen, according to a report.

According to Jin10, Iran’s Student News Agency reported that Pakistani government sources said Pakistan and Qatar have established new channels of contact with the United States and Iran.

The sources said the effort aims to stop military operations and push both sides to return to the negotiation process under the “Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding.”

Despite renewed escalation in the conflict, the Pakistani side was described as remaining optimistic about maintaining the memorandum of understanding.
