用比特币给房子定价凸显美元贬值

据CoinDesk报道，富达数字资产（Fidelity Digital Assets）称，按美元计美国典型家庭住宅自2020年以来上涨逾10万美元，但若以比特币计价，2020年需逾50 BTC的房子如今约5 BTC，降幅约90%。富达研究分析师Zack Wainwright表示，住房“升值”更像是法币计价单位的价值侵蚀。报道还称，BTC自去年10月以来价格已跌至6.3万美元；短期修复取决于ETF需求回归，尤其是贝莱德（BlackRock）IBIT本周净流入逾2亿美元。
