OKX: Information on the recent security incidents in individual customer accounts

OKX Chinese posted on the X platform to explain the recent security incidents in individual customer accounts, including the following points:
1. All relevant users of this incident have been satisfactorily resolved immediately.
2. This event has nothing to do with the choice of Google Verifier or SMS Verifier, but OKX does recommend that capable users use Google Verifier.
3. OKX's customer account security system has been tested for more than 10 years. We have full confidence in security and will continue to adhere to the principle of compensation for customer losses due to our own reasons;
4. It has been verified that someone has forged judicial authentication documents and obtained the information of very few customers. This matter has been filed and investigated by the judicial authority, and we cannot disclose more specific details. We have optimized the process of judicial cooperation, introduced a verification mechanism, and strengthened the security level of AI face brushing. We will introduce an expiration mechanism for the certified address in the address book in the future to prevent such incidents from happening again. There have been no new cases of user account theft or information leakage.
