Kuwait’s foreign minister said the actions reflected Iran’s repeated hostile attitude and amounted to a blatant infringement of Kuwait’s sovereignty. According to Jin10, the minister said the actions posed a direct threat to Kuwait’s security and stability, as well as to the safety of citizens and residents inside the country.
The minister also said the actions constituted a serious violation of the rules of international law, the United Nations Charter, and United Nations Security Council Resolution 2817.
