据Odaily星球日报报道，近日，美光科技日本广岛工厂扩建项目启动，总投资 1.5 万亿日元，计划 2028 年起量产 HBM 等先进存储产品，预计 2028 年夏季向英伟达等头部客户供货。
日本政府将为该项目提供最高 5360 亿日元补贴。
