日本三井住友信托银行启动英属开曼群岛籍货币市场基金（MMF）受益权的代币化实证实验。 据 Foresight News 报道，据 CoinPost 报道，该实验将把 MMF 受益权作为《金融商品交易法》下的「电子记录转移有价证券表示权利等」（数字证券）在公链上发行。
目前该行与 Securitize Japan 及 Fireblocks 合作推进，计划在获得监管确认后于 2026 财年内完成发行。未来该行计划基于此次实证经验，构建具备数字证券发行与管理功能的开放平台，并探索与稳定币的即时结算（DvP）、智能合约自动付息以及 24/7 跨境交易等应用场景。
