Beijing Moonshot AI Technology Co., Ltd. has added new shareholders including the National Social Security Fund Yangtze River Delta Sci-Tech Innovation Equity Investment Fund (Shanghai) L.P. and the Shenzhen Harmony Growth Phase III Technology Development Equity Investment Fund L.P., according to 36Kr. Corporate filings also show the company increased its registered capital to about RMB 1.524 million from RMB 1.0 million.
