据金十数据报道，花旗发表报告指，阿里巴巴(09988.HK)很可能调整分部报告方式，包括将阿里国际数字商业集团(AIDC)并入中国电商，因两个分部均由蒋凡主管且共享相近供应链，并涉及“所有其他”分部的变更。
花旗因此下调AIDC及“所有其他”的估值倍数，将目标价由207港元降至191港元，维持“买入”评级。
