据报SK海力士（SK Hynix）计划在美国进行ADR上市，认购倍数超过7倍，预计募资约245亿美元。
据 NS3 报道，该公司在6月底提交F-1招股说明书，拟发行1.779亿份ADR并在纳斯达克上市。
报道指，募资所得将全部用于在韩国扩大产能。
