Physical AI company DeepCtrls has completed a Series B financing round worth several hundred million yuan, with JinkoSolar making a strategic investment and SDIC Innovation and CMB International co-leading the round, according to 36Kr. Existing shareholders including Sequoia China, Source Code Capital, Guangyuan Capital and China Merchants Venture Capital also participated.
The company said the proceeds will be used to continue R&D on its core physical AI algorithms and product lines, scale up its standardized product DeepBot, and expand further into overseas markets including Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the U.S.
DeepCtrls said it has served more than 360 enterprise customers, including TSMC, ChangXin Memory Technologies, InnoLight, Foxconn Industrial Internet, Tencent, ByteDance and CATL. It added that its models are iterating based on real-time operating data from more than 300,000 devices, with a generalization error below 3%. The company said it began commercialization in 2023, has posted revenue that doubled for multiple consecutive years, and achieved scaled profitability last year.
