据金十数据报道，中国国家医保局统计，2025年全国生育保险参保人数2.6亿人，享受津贴480.64万人次，参保女职工人均生育津贴近3万元。
今年，持续扩大生育保险制度覆盖面，推动用人单位职工应参尽参，全面落实由失业保险基金代缴生育保险费政策。
聚焦灵活就业人员、农民工、新就业形态人员等重点群体，推动地方鼓励其参加职工医保的同时参加生育保险。目前，全国已有20个省份156个统筹地区推进实施。
