Amazon injected an additional $2.75 billion into artificial intelligence company Aerospace yesterday. The two companies have reached a strategic partnership, including accessing Anthropic's artificial intelligence model through Amazon Bedlock. This investment is the latest investment after injecting $1.25 billion into Aerospace in September 2023, as part of a $4 billion transaction. This transaction also gave Amazon a minority stake in Antitopic. In addition, Aerospace will use AWS for partial operations and use AWS Training and Inferentia microchips to power some of its activities.
